this one, Thai fresh rolled wafer or Tong Muan Sod. This recipe is suitable for people need to do Thai rolled
wafer but do not have cooking machine for it.
It has similar ingredient and can do by pan at home. It will not be crispy as usual Thai rolled wafer but it has the same flavor.

- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup palm sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp. black sesame
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup young coconut meat
- Food coloring
- Mix tapioca flour, rice flour, salt, egg, palm sugar, and coconut cream together
- Seperate batter
- Add food coloring and then add black sesame
- Heat pan over lower heat
- Pour batter and add young coconut meat
- Turn upside down and roll up
- Ready to serve :P
