- 2 managoes
- 250 g. sticky rice
- 150 ml. coconut ceeam
- 200 g. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 pandan leaves
- 3 tbsp. roasted split monk bean
- 80 ml. coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Put the rice in a bowl
- Cover it with two or three inches of water and let it soak for at least six or up to 24 hours - The longer, the better
- Drain the soaked rice and pour it into a steamer basket
- Cover and steam for 20 minutes
- Set aside into the bowl
- Boil the coconut cream, sugar, salt and pandan leaves
- Pour the coconut mixture into the cooked sticky rice
- Cover and res them around 20-30 minutes
- Make the coconut topping as belows
- Then, prepare the mango
- Serve with sticky rice topping with roasted split monk bean
- Combine the coconut cream and salt
- Stirring until dissolve completely
