- 1 cup sticky rice, soak overnight
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp jasmine flavor
- 1/2 cup black bean, cooked
- Rinse sticky rice
- Mix sugar, salt, coconut milk, and sticky rice
- Pour mixture into tray and steam over high heat around 25-30 minutes
- Mix sugar, salt, rice flour, coconut cream, and jasmine flavor together
- Pour topping mixture on top and sprinkle with black bean
- Steam them over lower heat around 10 minutes or until cook
- Cut and ready to serve :P
