Kanom Rarai dessert is traditional and hard to find nowadays. It is used basic
ingredients for Thai desserts that are flour, coconut milk and sugar.
It has nice aroma from sesame and fragrant candle which are a traditional Thai dessert method. Kanom Rerai will be served with shredded coconut, sugar and coconut cream.

- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp. arrowroot flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Food coloring
- Wood mold
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup white sesame
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Mix all flour and coconut milk together on brass pan
- Turn on heat over low heat
- Stirring until cook and cool down
- Drop food coloring
- Knead until smooth
- Sprinkle rice flour over mold before using shape the mixture into ball shape
- Press them and put the white cheesecloth
- Steam over lower heat 4-5 minutes
- Roast white sesame
- Cool down
- Mix sugar and roast white sesame. Set aside
- Boil coconut cream and salt. Set aside
- Serve dessert with coconut, sugar, and coconut cream
- Ready to serve :P
