Steam Squid with Spicy Chili and Lemon Sauce - Pla Muk Nung Manow ปลาหมึกนึ่งมะนาว

Favorite spicy dish of many people, Fresh squid steam with various ingredients that give spicy, salty, sweet and sour taste, eat with steamed rice or be the appetizer perfectly.
Ingridients:
  • 4-5 squids
  • 15-20 bird chilies
  • 6-7 garlic gloves
  • 5-6 tbsp. lime juice
  • 4 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • coriander leaves for garnish
How to cook:
  1. Chop garlic and bird chilies
  2. Cut lime
  3. Mix sugar, fish sauce, bird chilies, lime juice, and garlic together. Set aside
  4. Cut the squid and steam them until cook
  5. Add steamed squid into serving paste and pour spicy sauce
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
