Thai steamed cone cake is a simple Thai dessert but it is hardly found nowadays. Today, cooking recipe will provide a gourmet recipe for this Thai dessert. It has taste and ingredients similarly as Kanom Thuai or Thai coconut milk custard but using banana leaf instead of ceramic small cups to
steam it.

- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp. mung bean flour
- 3 tbsp. arrowroot flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup palm sugar
- 1/4 cup pandan leave juice
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 2 cup coconut cream
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- Banana leaf and small bamboo pin
- Make banana leaf cone
- Mix all flour and add coconut cream until flour absorb coconut cream completely
- Add sugar and pandan leaves juice
- Rest them around 10 minutes
- Mix coconut cream topping
- Add flour, sugar, salt, and coconut cream together. Set aside
- Add pandan mixture into banana cone (3/4 part of cone) and steam them over high heat around 8-10 minutes
- When they are cooked, add coconut mixture on top and steam over lower heat around 5-8 minutes or until cook
- Ready to serve :P
