- 50 g. rice flour
- 200 g. pandan juice
- 80 g. palm sugar
- 300 g. coconut milk
- 50 g. rice flour
- 40 g. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- Mix in rice flour, pandan juice, and palm sugar. Set aside
- Mix in rice flour, sugar, salt, and coconut milk. Set aside
- Boiled water in steamer
- Ad ceramic cup into steamer and steam cup 8-10 minutes
- Add the pandan mixture into half of cup and steam around 6-8 minutes or until cook
- Fill up the coconut mixture and steam around 8-10 minutes or until cook
- Cool down and remove from cup
- Ready to serve :P
