This sweet name means one with life or good one in life. It regularly uses in Thai auspicious ceremony due to good meaning. It is made of wheat flour, egg yolks, coconut milk and sugar. The thin gold sheet will be added on top for a nice color and good meaning.

Ingredients: for 10 portions
- 2 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 coconut milk
- 1 1/2 sugar
- 6 eggs (egg yolk)
- 2-3 gold leaf
- Thong-ek mold
- Boild coconut cream and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolve completely
- Turn off heat
- Stirring and rest them until cool down
- Seperate egg yolk and add into cool mixture
- Stirring
- Add some cake flour and stirring until smooth
- Turn on heat over lower heat and stirring until the mixture firming
- Cool down and cover with cheesecloth
- Shape the mixture and press them into mold
- Remove and top with a few of gold leaf
- Ready to serve :P
