Deep Fried Pork Wonton - Giew Moo Tod (เกี๊ยวหมูทอด)

In last post, cooking recipe already provided a delicious recipe for deep fried shrimp cake. In this post, we are happy to provide another recipe for Deep fried pork wonton.

If you like to eat fried menu do not miss this. Pork wonton is fried  until golden crispy and serve with plum or sweet chili sauces for completed flavor.

Ingridients:
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 150 g. mince pork
  • 3-4 coriander roots
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 cup palm oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce for dipping
How to cook:
  1. Chopped the coriander roots
  2. Marinate mince pork with coriander roots, cooking sauce, and ground pepper
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of mixtue to the center of the wrapper
  4. Dip a finger in the water and paint 2 edges with the wash
  5. Fold the wonton in half
  6. Corner to opposite corner to make a triangle
  7. Seal tightly all around
  8. Heat the palm oil in a wok or deep fryer
  9. Fried wonton on over medium heat until light golden brown
  10. Serve wonton with sweet chili sauce
