Ingridients: for 2 portions
- 150 g.mince pork
- 200 g. softened glass noodles, drained
- 150 g. cabbage, cut into 1 inch
- 50 g. carrot, Julienne
- 30 g. spring onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic until fragrant
- Add the pork, and eggs
- Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cook
- Add cabbage, carrot, spring onion, and glass noodle
- Seasoning with the soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce,and dark soy sauce
- Mix well
- Ready to serve hot :)
