Stir Fry Glass Noodles - ผัดวุ้นเส้น (Pad Woon Sen)

Didn't have any idea about cooking food for today to satisfy your family? Today, Cooking Recipe will introduce you one of the simplest and delicious Thai food which is called "Pad Woon Sen" or "ผัดวุ้นเส้น" in Thai.

This menu is a easy one that everyone can cook it at home.Glass noodles fried with meats and vegetables as you like and can be vegetarian meal if using only vegan ingredients. 
Some people use this menu to be the diet menu because it has less carbohydrate if using the right ingredients.

Ingridients: for 2 portions
  • 150 g.mince pork
  • 200 g. softened glass noodles, drained
  • 150 g. cabbage, cut into 1 inch
  • 50 g. carrot, Julienne
  • 30 g. spring onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
How to cook:
  1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic until fragrant
  2. Add the pork, and eggs
  3. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cook
  4. Add cabbage, carrot, spring onion, and glass noodle
  5. Seasoning with the soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce,and dark soy sauce
  6. Mix well
  7. Ready to serve hot :)
