- 150 g. crab meat
- 2 cup rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tbsp. garlic
- 2 tbsp. spring onion
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 tbsp. oil
- Heat the pan over high heat
- Add oil, onion, and garlic
- Add eggs and rice
- Stirring
- Season with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper
- Add crab meat and spring onion
- Mix well
- Ready to serve with spring onion, cucumber, and lime
