Fried rice with pork is a classic Thai street vendor dish that can be commonly found
every corner in Thailand. It is simple cheap and delicious, also use
less ingredients to cook.
Its taste is acceptable by most foreigner because it is not too strong taste. If you want something quick and simple
delicious, this fried rice is a way to go.

- 150 g. pork
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. tapioca flour
- 2 cup jasmine rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup tomato
- 2 tbsp. spring onion
- 2 tbsp. garlic
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper ground
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, flour, and pork together. Set aside
- Heat the woke over medium-hight
- Add oil and garlic and stir fry until until fragrant
- Add pork, egg, and jasmine rice
- Stir fry together
- Add onion, tomato, and kale
- Season with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper
- Finally add spring onion
- Stir-fry until cook
- Ready to serve :P
