- 150 g. sticky rice flour
- 140 g. coconut milk
- 300 g. ripe coconut
- 200 g. palm sugar
- 3 tbsp. water
- 200 g. ripe coconut
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Mix well the coconut and salt
- Melt the palm sugar and water on a low heat until dissolve completely
- Add the ripe coconut
- Keep stirring until the mixture reduce
- Remove from the heat
- Shape the filling into the bite size ball
- Mix the sticky rice flour and coconut milk until smooth
- Shape the flour mixture
- Spread it out and wrap the filling
- Boil the rice balls and roll up with the coconut
- Ready to serve :P
