- 1 cup of basil leaves
- 300 g. chicken thigh
- 10 Thai garlic cloves
- 4 Thai chillies
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oil for frying
- 1/4 cup of water
- Pluck basil leaves off the stems
- Chop garlic
- Then, chop chillies
- Cut the chicken into a bite pieces
- Heat a wok on high heat
- Add oil, garlic, and Chili
- Stir fry them for about 20 seconds or so until they get really fragrant
- Put chicken
- Add just a tiny splash of water
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black soy sauce
- Keep stir frying for about another 30 seconds
- Add basil leaves and stir fried together in 5 seconds
- Turn off the heat
- Ready to serve with rice and fried egg
