Thai shortbread cookies or Kanom Kleeb Lum Duen is a traditional Thai dessert that not easy to find nowadays.
It is a shortbread cookie that has flower shape known as Lumduen flowers
which have a unique and beautiful three-petal formation.
This dessert
use less ingredients but it needs time to shape them to flowers before
baking.

- 200 g. Cake flour
- 100 g. Icing sugar
- 80 g. vegetable oil
- Food coloring
- Mix flour, icing sugar, and oil together
- Knead by your hand
- Shape the mixture into ball shape
- Cut into quarter and make like a flower
- Drop with pink food coloring
- Bake over 150 co 20-25 minutes
- Ready to serve :P
