Crab Fried Rice (Thai Food) - Kao Pad Pu ข้าวผัดปู

Crab fried rice is a simple dish and popular menu in Thailand. Steamed rice that fried with crab meat and eggs until have golden color, served with spring onion, lime and spicy fish sauce.

It is a nice combo to go with seafood meal. It is a simple and quick menu that you easily find in Thailand. It is a nice dish for the seafood lover.

Ingridients: For 2 portions
  • 150 g. crab meat
  • 2 cup rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 tbsp. garlic
  • 2 tbsp. spring onion
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tbsp. oil
How to cook:
  1. Heat the pan over high heat
  2. Add oil, onion, and garlic
  3. Add eggs and rice
  4. Stirring
  5. Season with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper
  6. Add crab meat and spring onion
  7. Mix well
  8. Ready to serve with spring onion, cucumber, and lime
