- 300-400 g. Seafood that you like
- 50 g. mushroom
- 6-7 galangal, sliced
- 2-3 lemongrass, cut into well pieces
- 6-7 kaffir lime leaves
- 2-3 tbsp. Fish sauce
- 3-4 tbsp. lime juice
- 10 red chili
- 1 cup sweet basil
- 2 cup water
- Boil water
- Add chili, galangal, lemon grass, and kaffir lime leaves
- Season with fish sauce and add mushroom
- Add seafood
- Simmer over lower heat 2 minutes
- Turn off heat and add sweet basil and lime juice
- Ready to serve :P
