It is the most Thai popular menu that well-known among the foreigners.
With full flavored of various types of herbs, plus the big river shrimp. It usually serves with hot rice.
Ingridients:
- 4 Prawns
- 5 Straw mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 4 shallots
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 5 slide Galangal
- 2 lemongrass
- 10 bird chili
- 2 tbsp. Thai chili paste
- 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- Prepare prawns
- Cut galangal into thin rounds
- Crush lemon grass
- Use white part of stalk
- Rip Kaffir lime leaves
- Crush shallots
- Cut straw mushrooms, chili, lime
- Boil water
- Add herbs and Straw mushrooms
- Boil around 5 minuts
- Add prawns
- Pour soup with Thai chili paste mix well
- Add Thai chili paste
- Add fish sauce
- Add Evaporated milk
- Turn off the heat
- Add limes juice
- Add bird chili and coriander
