- 300-400 g. shrimps
- 2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. red chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp. green chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp. spring onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Palm oil for deep fry
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Heat palm oil over medium heat
- Add shrimps
- Fry around 2 minute or shrimps cooked
- Heat pan over medium heat
- Add oil, garlic, red and green chili and fry until fragrant
- Season with salt, sugar, black pepper, fish sauce, and water
- Add fried shrimps and spring onion
- Mix well
- Garnish with coriander leaves
