- 350 g. chicken
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup shallots
- 1/2 cup long coriander
- 1-2 tsp. chili power
- 1-2 tbsp. roast rice powder
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2-3 tbsp. lime juice
- Palm oil for deep frying
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and pepper around 10 minutes
- Add four and water into chicken
- Fry chicken until light golden brown
- Cut chicken into well pieces
- Mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, chili powder, and fried chicken
- Add roast rice powder, shallots, and long coriander
- Mix well
- Serve with jasmine rice
- Ready to serve :)
