Noodles in Thick Gravy - ราดหน้าหมู (Rad Na Moo)

Cooking recipe already provides recipes for a wide range of Thai foods as well as desserts. Today, we are pleased to give you another Thai recipe for Thai noodles in thick gravy.

Everyday menu that can be found in Thailand. A flat rice noodle fried with black soy sauce to add color and flavor, then topped with thick gravy that combine with meat and vegetable. A simple delicious menu that everyone can do it at home.

Ingridients: for 2 portions
  • 2 cup wide rice noodle
  • 300 g. pork, sliced thinly (shrimp or chicken)
  • 200 g. Chinese kale, cut into well pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp. corn starch
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. cooking sauce
  • 1 tbsp. salted soybean
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. black soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
How to cook:
  1. Add pork, cooking sauce (1 tablespoon), white pepper, and corn starch
  2. Let marinate for 20 minutes
  3. Mix noodle with black soy sauce thoroughly to coat noodles
  4. Heat the oil (1 tablespoon) in a wok over medium heat
  5. Add noodle and stir it until fragrant
  6. Remove and set aside
  7. Heat oil in a wok
  8. Add garlic and stir until fragrant
  9. And then add pork and keep stirring until nearly cooked
  10. Add Chinese kale stir until the Chinese kale is cooked
  11. Then pour in the chicken stock and add salted soybean
  12. Add cooking sauce and sugar according to your desired taste
  13. Combine corn starch with water (2 tablespoon) and then add corn starch solution
  14. Stir until thicken
  15. dd sesame oil before serving
  16. Put wide rice noodle on serving plates and pour the thicken gravy over noodles
  17. Ready to serve
