Fresh Vegetable Rice Wraps, called Kuay Tiew Lui Suan in Thai, is a delicious appetizer. Gourmet recipe will be provided to cook this delicious appetizer.
Basic recipe for Thai appetizer, this nice menu is healthy food and also easy to cook at home. Main ingredients have several vegetables including some herbs and small amount of minced pork. All ingredients will be wrapped with rice sheet and cut into bite size and eat with seafood sauce or any sauces that you like.
- 450 g. rice noodle
- 300 g. mince pork
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 cup carrot, shredding
- 1 cup long coriander, cut into 3 inch
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 20 bird chilies
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup coriander roots and leaves
- 6 tbsp. lime juice
- 6 tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbps. sugar
- Heat the oil on medium-high
- Add mince pork
- Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar
- Stir fry until cook
- Let's it cool down
- Blend the garlic and bird chili
- Add coriander root, leaves, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice. Set aside
- Bring 2 tsp. of the pork mixture on the center of rice noodle
- Add fresh vegetable as you like
- Wrap and roll the rice noodle
- Cut the rice wraps into bite pieces
- Serve with spicy sauce
