In last post, cooking recipe provided a recipe for a delicious Thai dessert. With this post, cooking recipe is glad to introduce another Thai dessert called Toddy Palm in Syrup.
Toddy Palm in Syrup is a nice Thai dessert for hot summer in Thailand. Toddy palm seed
that have a nice texture to eat mixed with sweet syrup and topping with
ice flake or crushed ice. If you come to Thailand in hot summer, you
should not miss this dessert.
- How to cook Thai Steamed Cone Cake – Kanom Kuy
- How to cook Steamed Sweet Corn Cake – Kanom Khao Phot
- How to cook Water Chestnuts in Syrup and Coconut Milk - Tum Tim Krob
- 5-6 Toddy palm seed
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cup of water
- 5-6 pandan leaves
- Cut toddy palm seed into well pieces
- Boil water
- Add sugar and pandan leaves
- Remove pandan leaves
- Add toddy palm
- Simmer over lower heat around 5 minutes
- Cool down and serve with crush ice
- Ready to serve :P
