- 1 cup sago
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup pandan juice
- Food coloring
- 2 cups ripe coconut, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Wash the sago
- Discarding all the dirt drain. Set aside
- Toss coconut and salt. Set aside
- Bring the water to the boil and pour over the sago
- Stir until thick
- Add sugar and stirring to combine
- Follow with the pandan juice and drop some food coloring
- Stir again
- Cool down on tray
- Scoop the mixture and roll up with coconut
- Ready to serve
