- 300 g. Smooked dry fish
- 5 tomato, cut into well pieces
- 10 fried dry chili
- 5-6 shallots, crush
- 2-3 lemongrass, cut into well pieces
- 6-7 galangal, sliced
- 6-7 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 cup holy basil
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. tamarind juice
- 2 cup water
- Boil water
- Add lemongrass, galangals, shallots, and kaffir lime leaves
- Season with tamarind juice
- Fish sauce and tomato
- Simmer over lower heat 2 minutes
- Add smoked dry fish, chili, and holy basil
- Ready to serve :P
