It is another menu for chili dip or chili sauce whatever you called it. This menu will use straw mushrooms as the main ingredient but you can change to another mushroom as you like or can find at your local market.
It a healthy menu due to low calories in mushroom and can be served with variety boiled or fresh vegetables.

- 150 g. fresh mushroom
- 10-15 red and green chilies
- 15 garlic cloves
- 5 shallots
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. palm sugar
- Coriander leaves
- Cut coriander leaves and mushroom
- Toss the garlic, chili over lower heat until cook. Set aside
- After that, do the same for shallot. Set aside
- Then, toss mushroom over lower heat until cook. Set aside
- Pound Chili, garlic, shallot until smooth
- Add mushroom and season with fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice
- Add coriander leaves
- Mix well
- Serve steamed vegetable
