Today, Cooking Recipe is glad to introduce Thai's soup recipes which is called Thai Pickled Cabbage Soup. It is a healthy food.
Thai pickled cabbage or Pak Kad Dong is a typical thing that you can find in Thai cuisine. It has a unique taste and flavor, and also has strong smell. Pork spare ribs will be boiled with pickled cabbage until done and soft. Serving hot with steamed rice, it is a nice meal combo to go.
Ingridients:
- 500 g. pickle green mustard
- 300 g. pork rib
- 8-10 shitake mushroom
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 5-6 ginger sliced
- 1/2 cup Chinese celery
- 1/4 cup spring onion
- 4 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 coriander root
- 20 Thai garlic
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1500 ml. water
- Pound coriander root, black pepper, and garlic until smooth
- Boil water and add sugar, soy sauce and herbs
- Add pork rib and pickle
- Simmer around 20-25 minutes over lower heat
- Heat up and add mushroom, carrot, and ginger
- Before serve add celery and spring onion
