Pad Thai (ผัดไทย)

Cooking Recipe is really pleased to show you how to cook one of Thai delicious and famous food which is called "Pad Thai".

Pad Thai is the poplular Thai dish like "Tom Yum Kung". Actually it is not difficult to make at all. 

If you know how to make Pad Thai sauce, you can make this dish anywhere easily.

Ingridients:
  • 150 g. dried rice noodles
  • 6 shrimps
  • 1/2 cup diced tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Chinese Chives
  • 1 tbsp. of crushed peanuts
  • 1 tbsp. of grounded Chili
  • 2 tbsp. chopped salted radish
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Pad Thai sauce
  • 4 tbsp. Palm sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Tamarind juice
How to cook:
  1. Diced tofu
  2. Cut Chinese chives into 1 inch
  3. Finely Sliced Shallots
  4. Make a slit along the bake of each one (Shrimp) and remove the black vein
  5. Heat vegetable oil in the wok and fried shallots until soft and add water, Tamarind juice and fish sauce
  6. Stir fried until combine and Set aside
  7. Heat vegetable oil in the wok again
  8. Put eggs
  9. Add shrimps, tofu, salted radish
  10. Mix well together
  11. Add rice noodles, water, and sauce mixture
  12. Add Chinese chives, bean sprouts, grounded chili, and crushed peanuts
  13. Mix well and fried for one minute
