- 400 g. Clam
- 1 cup sweet basil
- 2 tbsp. garlic
- 5-7 red chili
- 2-3 tbsp. Thai chili paste
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Mix chili paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water together
- Turn on heat over medium-high heat
- Add oil, garlic, and chili into the wok
- Keep stirring
- Add clam
- Stir fried nearly cook or around 2-3 minutes
- Add mixed sauce and sweet basil
- Mix well
