Stir Fried Clams with Roasted Chili Paste – Hoy Lai Pad Num Prik Prao หอยลายผัดน้ำพริกเผา

Stir fried clams with roasted Chili paste is popular Thai dish of stir-fried clams with roasted chili paste and sweet basil. It is best recipes and easy meal to serve for your family.

It is nice and easy dish to do at home and use less ingredients to cook, served hot with a bowl of steamed rice. You can change clams to anything that you like such as fish fillet or mixed seafood.
Ingridients: For 2 portions
  • 400 g. Clam
  • 1 cup sweet basil
  • 2 tbsp. garlic
  • 5-7 red chili
  • 2-3 tbsp. Thai chili paste
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup water
How to cook:
  1. Mix chili paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water together
  2. Turn on heat over medium-high heat
  3. Add oil, garlic, and chili into the wok
  4. Keep stirring
  5. Add clam
  6. Stir fried nearly cook or around 2-3 minutes
  7. Add mixed sauce and sweet basil
  8. Mix well
  9. Ready to serve :P
