Spicy Grilled Chicken with Rice (Thai Food) - Khao Yum Gai Yang ข้าวยำไก่ย่าง

Spicy Grilled Chicken with Rice is another chicken dish for chicken lover. It is a nice and easy to cook for chicken lover. Chicken will be marinated with sauces and black pepper until well taste and grilled until done. 

Grilled marinated chicken will be cut into small pieces and mixed with Thai herbs and spices until have spicy and nice taste, served with hot steamed rice.

Ingridients: For 5-6 portions
  • 350 g. chicken
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 cup white jelly fungus
  • 1/4 cup shallots
  • 2 tbsp. red chili
  • 2 tbsp. spring onion
  • 2 tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp. lime juice
How to cook:
  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper around 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat
  3. Grill chicken until done
  4. Cut chicken into well pieces
  5. Mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, chili sauce, red chili, and shallot
  6. Add chicken with jelly fungus and spring onion
  7. Mix well
  8. Serve with jasmin rice :P
