- 250 g. Rice flour
- 150 g. water
- 450 g. sugar
- 500 g. water
- 150 g. coconut, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Food coloring
- Jasmine flavor
- Mix flour and water (150 ml.) together
- Knead by your hand
- Grate dough on the white cheesecloth
- Steam over high heat 20-25 minutes
- Boil water and add sugar
- Seperate syrup
- Drop food coloring and jasmine flavor
- Take cook mixture soak syrup 3-5 seconds and rest them to absorb 10 minutes
- Mix coconut and salt together
- Serve dessert with coconut
- Ready to enjoy eating :)
